All Village Singers Chorus is a non-profit organization supported in part by a grant from the Illinois Arts Council.

We are extremely privileged to work under the baton of Ingrid Lestrud. She has recently completed the Doctor of Music degree in orchestral conducting at Northwestern University, where she frequently conducted the university's many instrumental and opera ensembles. She also holds the position of Director of Music at the Presbyterian Church of Palatine. Dr. Lestrud did her undergraduate work in vocal performance and sings with the Chicago Symphony Chorus. She has ten years of experience teaching private and group voice lessons to students of age 9 all the way to age 75. Dr. Lestrud has worked with us for four seasons.
